Internationally, infertility is a disease of the reproductive system defined by the failure to achieve a clinical pregnancy after 24 months or more of regular unprotected sexual intercourse. The etiology includes organic lesion, endocrine factors, immune factors, and mental factors. The pituitary factor contributes to 17.6% of female infertility, and 31.5% of male. |
